Important Legal Disclaimer (Not Immigration Advice)
Maison Samie is not an immigration consulting firm. We are not Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) nor accredited lawyers.
We provide administrative support services for academic admission applications, the organization of files before transferring them to the CRIC, and the organization of community integration activities.
All immigration-related application submissions and all immigration legal advice are handled exclusively by our CRIC or partner lawyers with whom you will sign a separate representation agreement.

Prices and Conditions
Maison Samie's fees are clearly defined in a Service Agreement (Mandate) signed individually with each client. Fees are due according to the terms of the agreement and are separate from Educational Institution (EI) fees and government fees (IRCC).
Maison Samie's fees are subject to a strict refund policy which is detailed and accepted by the client upon signing the Service Contract.

We only collect the information necessary to provide you with our services and improve our website.
Identity and contact details: Your name, email address, phone number, and country of residence. (To communicate with you and establish our contract.)
Application Data: Your passport, transcripts, diplomas, and proof of funds. (Specifically for the purpose of submitting your academic application and preparing the coordination of your study permit application.)
We also collect browsing data (such as cookies) to improve the experience on our website.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your data is shared only with your explicit written consent and when necessary for the provision of the service:
Designated Educational Institutions (DEIs): For submitting your application for admission.
CRIC Partners: For the analysis of eligibility and the legal submission of your study permit application.
Your rights and our security
Your rights: You have the right to request to view, correct or withdraw your consent for the use of your personal information.
Security: We use reasonable security measures to protect your data and we store it on secure servers located in Canada.
